I think the anonymous user speaks English, so I'll begin in English. Our article Ruthenia, which is the principal article for this category, seems to correspond with the English article en:Ruthenia, which is the principal article for the category [[:en:Category:Rus']]. And the interwiki links for the categories all agreed with that.
