Non: "Sunt duae veritates: lex et gospel", sed "Sunt duae veritates: lex et evangelium". English is not Latin!!!

Gratias! Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 12:20, 5 Martii 2012 (UTC)Reply

Yes, thanks, we already have that one. See Categoria:Augustiniani. This one seems to be different.
... God knows, maybe you're right. You see, our category with the long silly name is linked to a German one with a rather shorter name which doesn't sound to me like the English one and is not linked to it. And Martin Luther is not a member of that German category. But what do I know? If you are really convinced you're right, put the information on the page and add the category back again :) Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 13:06, 5 Martii 2012 (UTC)Reply

That's a very good idea! Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 13:38, 5 Martii 2012 (UTC)Reply
Luther entered the Ordo Eremitarum Sancti Augustini, which today is called "Ordo Sancti Augustini". It is (resp. was) one of the four big Mendicant Orders of the Middle Ages, whose members are monks using the rule of St. Augustin. Canonici Regulares Sancti Augustini are quite a different thing (priests, whose main mission is pastoral care, living a common life under the same rule of St. Augustin); Canonici Regulares Sancti Augustini Fratrum a Vita Communi are a once important branch of this latter type of canons. So for Luther Categoria:Augustiniani is correct (German Wikipedia has two categories for the same order without clear distinction).--Utilo (disputatio) 14:27, 5 Martii 2012 (UTC)Reply
