Perhaps not contribuenda?

I made the page because (I think) the classical Latin name needs some explanation and justification on its own terms -- it isn't in most dictionaries, and, as you see, Cicero's mention of it (the only occurrence in a literary text) is quite indirect. Unless you were looking for it, you wouldn't see it (hence I formatted it bold). On en:wiki, a user had asked for evidence that this word landica existed at all, and that was what made me write the page originally.

Clitoris being the ordinary anatomical term now, I think the citation from Realdus Columbus really belongs at clitoris rather than here. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 19:01, 26 Februarii 2008 (UTC)
