On the title pages that I have seen his English name usually appears as "William Du-Gard". On Latin title pages the imprint is "Typis Du-Gardianis". There are slight variations, but I have not seen "Dugard" or "DuGard".

I am now finding online copies of his Rhetorices elementa, which show that the Latin name he used was "Guil. Du-Gard". This is the most accessible (Textus apud Google Books); another (Textus apud Google Books). Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 12:28, 27 Augusti 2019 (UTC)Reply

Some of the books he printed are listed here. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 12:52, 27 Augusti 2019 (UTC)Reply
Great :) I agree with the title / name change. I'll see if I can put more titles onto the page later. There are some background articles that list them. I'm not sure where I saw DuGard; I did look for a Latin name but clearly not hard enough! JimKillock (disputatio) 17:01, 27 Augusti 2019 (UTC)Reply
Revertere ad "Guilielmus Du-Gard".
