Disputatio:Declaratio universalis diversitatis culturarum

Shouldn't the lemma be Declaratio universalis diversitatis culturalis? As far as I can see, there is no adjective culturus, -a, -um. So this either is a future participle, which would still make sense, but imply that diversity is about to be cultivated (but depressingly has not been before) or a genitive singular (apparently confirmed by diversitatem culturae later on in the text), which singular would be kind of contradictory: diversity of cultures makes sense, but diversity of culture sounds strange.
