I can see the logic of applying comitia to a deliberating assembly, but we pretty consistently use it for election, and I think we should stick to that and not use it for something else without necessity.

I think this page should be Conventus Hiberniae Septentrionalis; this wasn't only my first idea of a straightforward translation of Northern Ireland Assembly, there are already redlinks to it in Britanniarum regnum and Formula:Ductores factionum Britannici (while there is only one link to the present lemma).
