Ain Hanech est locus archaeologicus Algerii, ab urbe El Eulma(fr) fere 7 chm ad boream et orientem versus distans, a loco archaeologico Ain Boucherit 200 metris tantum, ubi vestigia habitationis hominum palaeolithicorum cultus Oldowayi, annis fere 1 800 000 a.p. frequentatae, reperta sunt. Ossa ibi latebant specierum Mammuthi meridionalis, Ceratotherii mauritanici, Equi tabeti permulta, Hippopotami amphibii, Kolpochoeri phacochoeroidis, Silvatherii maurusii, Giraffae pomeli, Bovis bubaloidis, Bovis praeafricani, Numidocaprae crassicornis, Gazellae pomeli, Taurotragi gaudri, Canis atrocis, Crocutae crocutae, Prygis el-eulmensis, Alcelaphi sp., Gorgonis mediterranei.
