Velesnica seu litteris Cyrillicis Велесница, iuxta vicum hodiernum eiusdem nominis iacens ad ripam dextram Danubii fluminis ad ostia faucum quae "porta ferrea" appellantur, est locus archaeologicus Serbiae ubi reperta sunt vestigia habitationis hominum mesolithicae.
