I think it's a good idea if you turn your vote into a "support" written under my invitation, something like a reinforcement. If Josh, Tbook or Roland accept, then it'll be the time to turn your support back into a proper vote. Since adminship is "all duty, little privilege" it's obvious that we have to encourage without injecting pressure on them.
