:I have a program that my bot runs occasionally that looks at the list and checks what's in and what's out. I don't run it every time I update the tables, though. The list is a moving target, as you know -- in particular, people are always mucking around with the Wikidata items, so the names of the pages in the list at Meta may be the same but they may end up pointing to different articles.
