Deleted "privatus" again. That changed the meaning completely and is wrong, because a juridical person is defined in opposition to a human being. It never is a human being of any kind - no wiggle room for an adjective to be added. And even though most have human members (or sometimes one human member), it is of the essence of the concept to strictly distinguish that entity from its member(s). |
