If yes, then you need not to write <nowiki>[[Categoria:Biographia\|Carolus Borromeus]]</nowiki>. <nowiki>[[Categoria:Biographia]]</nowiki> would have the same effect, because the title is used by default for sorting and will put the article into "C".
