- Receptorium histamini H1 - Contractiones ilei, vasodilatatio, pruritus, bronchoconstrictio. Antagonista H1 receptorii: Diphenhydraminum, Loratadinum, Cetirizinum, Fexofenadinum, Clemastinum
- Receptorium histamini H2 - Stomachus: incrementum secretionis chymi. Antagonista H2 receptorii: Ranitidinum, Cimetidinum, Famotidinum, Nizatidinum
- Receptorium histamini H3 - deminutio concentrationis in cerebro Acetylcholini, Serotonini, Noradrenalini
- Receptorium histamini H4 - Chemotaxis (mastocytus)
