Ptolemaeus peregrinus (Arabice al-Garib, quod nomen etiam Ptolemaeum ignotum significare putatur) fuit pinacographus Peripateticus, qui circa tertium saeculum floruit.[1] Scripsit vitam Aristotelis, quae praesertim propter Catalogum operum omnium Aristotelis inclaruit. Huius operis Arabice versi codex nostris temporibus Constantinopoli retinetur. [2]
