Penicillium roqueforti
Penicillium roqueforti (binomen a Carolo Thom anno 1906 constitutum) est species fungorum e qua "venae" fiunt caseorum glaucorum fere omnium, inter quos Roquefortensis e quo nomen speciale ducitur. Recentius ad caseum Congorciolae conficiendum adhibetur, cui olim Penicillium glaucum intravit.
