Penicillium camemberti
Penicillium camemberti (binomen a Carolo Thom anno 1906 constitutum) est species fungorum e qua fiunt cortices caseorum mollium recentium, et praecipue Camembert, Briae, Coulommiers et Neufchâtel. Eaedem speciei synonyma tres recognoscuntur, scilicet Penicillium candidum Link, Penicillium biforme Thom, Penicillium caseicola Bainier.
