Meghālaya (scriptura Devanagari मेघालय, quod nomen Sanscrite sonat "Domus Nimborum"), anno 1972 constituta, est civitas in regione boreali ad orientem versus Indiae circiter 2 702 000 incolarum (anno 2008). Huius civitatis caput est Shillong. Linguae cotidianae sunt Khasi, Garo et Anglica. Pro maiore parte (70%, anno 2001) incolae se Christianos esse profitentur, et praecipue Baptistas.
