Iosephus Hillis Miller Minor[1] (natus 5 Martii 1928; mortuus die 7 Februarii 2021) fuit criticus litterarius Americanus a deconstructione penitus motus, quam vicissim penitus movit.

Natus est in urbe Newport News Virginiae, filius J. Hillis Miller, Sr., pastoris Baptistici,[2] professoris universitarii, et administratoris qui praeses Universitatis Floridae fuit. Miller, qui gradus B.A. summa cum laude in Collegio Oberliniensi anno 1948 atque A.M. anno 1949 et Ph.D. anno 1952 in Universitate Harvardiana adeptus est, honoratus investigationis professor Anglicae et litterarum comparativarum in Universitate Californiae apud Irvine est.[3] Uxorem et filios tres habet.
