Elias Ilf (Russice Илья Арнольдович Файнзильберг Ilya Arnoldovich Feinsilberg, 1897–1937) et Eugenius Petrov (Russice Евгений Петрович Катаев Yevgenij Petrovich Kataev/Katayev, 1902–1942) fuerunt scriptores orationis solutae Sovietici, qui annis 1920 et 1930 floruerunt. Plerumque una scribere solebant, quam ob rem paene semper Ilf et Petrov appellabantur. Odessae nati sunt. Eorum magna opera fortasse sunt Duodecim Sellae (1928) et sequela Vitula Aurea (1931), mythistoriae satiricae. Etiam ludos scaenicos fabulasque breves conscripserunt.
