recensereBreviter et insignissime, Helms, nihil in republica immutari volens, contra feminarum praecipue de abortu iura, contra iura quoque quorum suum sexum amant, "actionem affirmativam" pro numeris minoribus, et commoda publica civibus perpauperibus et aegrissimis vehementius atrociterque, non sine saevo ad tempus effectu, repugnavit.

recensereHelms dementia vasculari mortuus est prima luce die 4 Iulii 2008, aetatis suae 86.[5] Sepultus est in Historic Oakwood Cemetery in urbe Raleigh in Carolina Septentrionali.
