Hibifolinum est glycosidum flavonolorum quod neurotoxicitatem a beta=amyloido inductam in vitro prohibet.[1] Eius nomen IUPAC est acidum 3,3′,4′,5,7-Pentahydroxy-4-oxoflav-2-en-8-yl β-D-glucopyranosiduronicum. Formula chemica est C21H18O14.
