Descriptio

Maddaloni, my City. View of a foreshortened from the place where I currently work.

Maddaloni, ancient town in Campania (it was inhabited since copper age), is positioned on the slopes of Tifatini Mounts and has an half circle shape. It is overlooked by the Medieval Castle and by the Longobard tower.

From the St. Michael mount, whose name is derived from the church name, it is possible to admire the town and the Great Valley where there's the Carolingian aqueduct and Vanvitellian Bridges. You can see also the neapolitan coast with the majestic Vesuvius and Capri island (when there's a clear sky).
