Enterococcus
Enterococcus est genus bacteriorum acidi lactici phyli Firmicutium. Enterococci sunt cocci grammum? positivi,? quae saepe pares diplococcorum vel catenae breves fiunt et solum secundum proprietates physicis ab Streptococcis difficile distingui possunt.[1] Duae species—E. faecalis (90–95%) et E. faecium (5–10%)—sunt in intestinis humanis communes organismi commensales. Aliae species, E. casseliflavus, E. gallinarum, et E. raffinosus comprehensis, fasciculos inflammationis raro efficiunt.[1]
