Salve, Kizu. Benissime latine loquaris.

Salve, Kizu. I'll be glad to help you. Let me do some of the work in the next days. As for the title, it basically sounds good. However, I would prefer "articuli" over "articoli" (the latter is, I think, a medieval form which led to Italian articolo) and "habeat" over "habere debet" (that's not wrong in my mind, but it sound better to me). And perhaps "omnes Vicipaediae" (plural, meaning all editions of Wikipedia), would be more appropriate.
For the world "list", there would be "catalogus", "index" or "tabula". I'm tending towards "tabula" now, but I should check a dictinary.

So, the title would be best expressed with:

  • Articuli quos omnes Vicipaediae habeant or
  • Tabula articulorum quos omnes Vicipaediae habeant
