Nescio an non haec categoria atque subcategoriae appellari deberent "Homines CFA" vel similiter.--Iovis Fulmen 11:05, 12 Augusti 2008 (UTC)Reply

Well, in my view, "America" should refer to the continent and not just to the second largest country in North America, but there may be different views on this. --UV 20:17, 12 Augusti 2008 (UTC)Reply
Well, there's a lot of politics associated with the words that sound like 'America' or share similar spellings in different languages... But what the words 'America' and 'Americanus' mean in Latin won't necessarily be the same as what their relatives mean elsewhere. (I don't know about how it's classified in German—though I do notice Amerika is not a disambiguation page—but in English there is no continent called 'America'; there's a supercontinent by that name, more usually called 'the Americas', but referring to supercontinents is unusual; an English speaker, say, wouldn't have built a parallel category for 'Homines Euro-Afro-Asiatici', as geographical reference is usually by country ["Mexican, Canadian, Brazilian"] or by continent at the highest ["South American", "Australian", "Asian"].) Again, of course, Latin use may differ, but that may take some looking into. —Mucius Tever 23:02, 13 Augusti 2008 (UTC)Reply
