Just wondering: why is it tractatio (-onis, f.) 'a handling, managing, treating, treatment, conduct, behavior' instead of, say, tractus (-us, m.) 'a drawing, dragging, tugging'? IacobusAmor 02:54, 4 Augusti 2006 (UTC)
- Mostly because it was tractatio (-onis, f.) 'a dragging, pulling, or tugging'. Traupman was my source on this, I believe... hard to remember at this point.--Ioshus Rocchius 17:44, 4 Augusti 2006 (UTC)
