Cool article. But I'm having a hard time with "Spaghellinum" for spaghetti (typo?), and Google returns only the Vicipaedia entry. The Lexicon Recentis Latinitatis s.v. spaghetto suggests pasta vermiculata. [1] [2] Montivagus 20:42, 17 Iunii 2007 (UTC)

Awh, but if spaghetti's vermiculata, then what'll vermicelli be? FWIW, spaghetto is a diminitive of spago, ‘string,’ from later Latin spacus, from which one would get spacelli. Spag(h)elli may have its own justification from elsewhere. —Mucius Tever 01:14, 18 Iunii 2007 (UTC)
