I think "Aniouae" was maybe invented ... Luckily I've seen the Latin name of Anjou before. It looks odd, but believe me :)

The reference in the bibliography was to a print-on-demand book, which may or may not exist. ("Kessinger" is the clue.) It's better to cite the real original edition if we can.
