the correct form is "nata est", not "nata fuit". there's another error at the last word. In fact it is fuit instead of est because the action is in the past.

Its definitely "nata est". Perfect Passive Participle plus "est" is the perfect passive system, and since this is a deponent (nascor, nasci, natus sum) it means perfect active. --Speedy
