Ubi verbum Cardinalis scribendum?

It used to be that the order of cardinals' names in English would have followed this pattern: Francis Cardinal Spellman. (You can find examples of this via Google.) I thought this pattern was reproducing the Latin pattern Franciscus [Iosephus] Cardinalis Spellman. Has the style changed? IacobusAmor 18:41, 25 Septembris 2009 (UTC)
