On this revision: http://la.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Cuba&oldid=308488 Iacobus claimed that the idiom for "the fourth largest" is " quarta de magnitudine", so "second oldest" -> "secunda de aetate" (second in age) or "secunda de veteritate" (second in oldness).
