There are a few mentions of Cheltenhamia on Google Books, eg "FRANCISCUS OWEN, Herefordiæ natus Cheltenhamia" Ludi Magister."

In fact it's a "Cheltenhamiae" ("Cheltenhamiae Ludi Magister") which I guess could be either "Cheltenham" or "Cheltenhamia" (nom) although to my untrained ear still sounds more indicitatve of Cheltenhamia.
