pagina semi-protegenda?

An anonymous user with changing IP address (though each time from a certain IP range) keeps inserting a name and a description of a person allegedly born in this year into this page. Problems: The description is not Latin, and when I decided to look around a few weeks ago, neither the English nor the Spanish wikipedia had an article about that person. What about semi-protecting that page, so that only registered users can edit it, but not IPs? --UV 00:02, 21 Augusti 2007 (UTC)

Out of curiosity I had a look for this person, who does seem to be real (Google MARÍA DE JESUS RUANO or MARÍA RUANO GUTIÉRREZ). Why the anon enthusiast doesn't write a proper article on the Spanish Wikipedia I can't imagine! Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 21:33, 31 Augusti 2007 (UTC)

• I am an administrator of a minor language wikipedia (scn.wiki). We also received such a contribution for 1616. Apparently it is due to a enthousiastic guy that is close to the organization founded by Maria.
