De alimentorum facultatibus (Graece Περὶ τῶν ἐν ταῖς τροφαῖς δυνάμεων) est opus de regimine humano a Claudio Galeno saeculo II exeunte scriptum. Saeculis sequentibus usque in sextodecimo (necnon recentius) crebrissime a scriptoribus Europaeis de diaeta citatur: hinc praesertim aestimationes dempserunt de temperamentis ciborum potionumque.
