Commutatio agronomica[1] (Anglice Agronomic revolution), quá biota substratum marinum invadere, incolere, excavare coeperunt, aevo Cambrio ineunte accidisse olim censebatur. Indicia recenter reperta hanc commutationem ad tempora anteriora aevi Ediacarii reportandam suadent.
