Brahmaputra[1] (Sinice 雅鲁藏布江, Tibetane ཡར་ཀླུང་གཙང་པོ།, Hindice ब्रह्मपुत्र, Assamice ব্ৰহ্মপুত্ৰ, Bengalice ব্রহ্মপুত্র) est flumen maximum in Asia. Tibeti in planitie montana oritur, sub Himalaia longe fluit, per iuga humiliora ad meridiem vertens transit et in planitiem Bengalensem egreditur, ubi montes Assamae circumvenit et per deltam cum Gange communem in sinus Bengalensem oceani Indici effunditur. Iamuna Brahmaputrae deverticulum est.
