Adipokina sunt cytokina et hormonta ab adipocytis secreta. Adhuc plus quam centum adipokinorum descripta sunt[1]. Secretionis stimuli sunt mutationes triacylgyceroli spicariorum intra textus adiposos velut corporis inflammatio et localis et alibi[2]. Vice versa adipokina cum effectibus et proinflammatoriis et antiinflammatoriis nota sunt[3], quod pericula iuxta hypertensionem arterialem vel augeat vel diminuat[4].
