Pactum validum manebat donec rectio Germana vim locis Sovieticis in Polonia Orientali intulit die 22 Iunii 1941, contra protocollum supplementarium Foederis Limitis Germano-Sovietici, quod novas provincias usuales subtiliter enumerabat.[3]
