Blitor (Graece Βλίτωρ), qui saeculo IV a.C.n. exeunte floruit, ut videtur ab Antigono Monophthalmo anno fere 317 a.C.n. satrapa Mesopotamiae creatus est; eodem tempore Seleucus ab eodem Babyloniae praefectus est. Blitor ab Antigono ipso e munere deiectus est anno 315 a.C.n. ut qui Seleucum rebellantem adiuvaverit.
