Adler (natus Rudolfshemiae in vico prope Vindobonam die 7 Februarii 1870; mortuus infarctu cordis Aberdoniae Scotiae die 28 Maii 1937) fuit medicus, ophthalmologus, psychiaterque Austriacus et tum Americanus ac conditor scholae psychologiae individualis.[1] Multiplex inferioritatis, notio per quam momentum affectuum inferioritatis expressit,[2] elementum secernens agnoscitur, quod personas magni momenti in progressu personalitatis agit.[3] Adler, hominem esse totum individuum putans, eius sententiam psychologiam individualem appellavit (Orgler 1976).
