If you want to rename a page "A" to "B", you can "move" the page:
If you think, the content of page "A" should get the title "B", go to page "A" and click on "movere" (one of the buttons on top of a page). (You need to [[Vicipaedia:Invitatio|register]] or open an account before you can see the "movere" tab.) Then you will be asked for the new title for the content (here "B") and you should provide a reason for the movement.
