::very informative answer; you claim that respublica croatiCa is the correct form, but why is then that in every official document written (partially or completely) in latin it says: "Res publica Croatia" ? Just google "res publica croatia" and you'll find documents about university of zagreb and such, for example: mudrac.ffzg.hr/~szbor/Zakoni/Zakon_nazivi.pdf (on the top of the first page it says Res publica Croatia) [ Anon ]
:::OK, thanks, that's exactly what we need. If modern Latin sources, especially official ones, say "Res publica Croatia", we accept their ruling. If you can cite one or two more, just to confirm, that wouldwill help. I have now made the change you propose. [[Usor:Andrew Dalby|Andrew]][[Disputatio Usoris:Andrew Dalby| Dalby]] 09:12, 23 Novembris 2011 (UTC)
