Csücsköstalpú pajzs kék mezejében arany színezetű ekevas és csoroszlya található, melyet alul zöld hármashalom egészít ki. A címerpajzs tetején grófi, kilencágú gyöngyös, nyitott rangjelző korona helyezkedik el arany, illetve ezüst színezetben.
Az ekevas és a csoroszlya a mezőgazdaság, a hármashalom mint egy beemelt szimbólum a három nemzetiség-ország gondolatkörébe tartozik. A pajzs formája és a korona mint beemelt jelképek a Batthyány családra utaló jelképek, a pajzs az általánosan használt címerpajzsokhoz igazítva, a korona grafikailag hangsúlyosabb átírással kiegészítve a pajzsmérő képét.
