Sua opera de psychologia comparativa et ratione discendi theoriam connectionismi amplificaverunt, et scientifica psychologiae educationalis fundamenta iacuerunt. Thorndike etiam quaestiones industriales solvit, sicut probationem conductorum. Socius collegii Corporationis Psychologicae, praeses Societatis Psychologicae Americanae anno 1912 fuit.[1][2]
