I believe we have to give a Latin name to this category [i.e. Categoria:Food in the Ancient World from A to Z], because then it's difficult to change name to categories (I believe it does'nt exist a button movere) I wait your proposals. --Massimo Macconi 06:50, 7 Octobris 2007 (UTC)Reply

I agree, maybe Andrew should give the name to his own category--Xaverius 08:42, 7 Octobris 2007 (UTC)Reply
Whenever we have a formula referring to a source, I have been adding a category to the formula, so that we have a list (if we want it) of all pages that draw on a particular source. But actually I am not certain how useful this is. We can in any case go to the formula and click on Nexus ad paginam.
The good thing is that this -- or any of these categories -- can be renamed very easily. It just means editing the formula and then creating a new category. But the question is whether we really need them at all; maybe they should be deleted rather than renamed! They are all subcategories of Categoria:Fontes Vicipaediae: have a look at that and see what you think. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 09:20, 7 Octobris 2007 (UTC)Reply
Personally, I do not see the added value of the categories, given that we can always go to the template and click on "Nexus ad paginam". (Still, we should assemble those templates in a category, but in my view not the pages that use the templates.) --UV 20:47, 7 Octobris 2007 (UTC)Reply
OK, that makes sense to me. So I have deleted the subcategories. The formulae can now all be found here at Categoria:Fontes Vicipaediae and the pages that use them can be found by going to the formula and clicking on "Nexus ad paginam". Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 17:56, 10 Octobris 2007 (UTC)Reply
