LEXICON COMMENTATIONIS

Adhibetum est Lexicon Vilborgianum, Suetice-Latine, editio secunda, 2009.

formally - formal|is, -e
publication - scriptum n / op|us ('-eris) n editum
standard - norm norma f, praestitut|um n exemplar (-aris)
standard Chinese I created it as "Lingua Sinica praestituti exemplaris". Now changed to "Lingua Mandarinica normalis".
method - via f ac rátio (-onis) f [rei gerendae], * méthodus (-i) f
input - índit|a (-orum) npl, ingest|a (-orum) npl
input method I created it as "methodus intrationis". Now changed to "methodus inditorum".

Intratio, I think intrare is more 'enter' in the sense of 'go into', not 'put into'. It looks like the other 'enter' is referre. —Mucius Tever (disputatio) 18:49, 2 Decembris 2012 (UTC)Reply
Greetings Myces. Yes, I know of the verb intrare. I thought it would work in 'input method' in Latin, but referre may be better. How would then 'input method' be like?

I've found "input" in Latin. It's in the same lexicon. I thought it would not be there. "Input" is índita (-orum, npl) and ingesta (-orum, npl). I'm adding it in the lexicon over.

Our current term is Lingua Mandarinica normalis. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 18:03, 25 Decembris 2012 (UTC)Reply
I see. There was an article about it after all. I didn't find it back then when I created thin article. Thank you Andrew.
