What language is "apparanta"? The nearest Latin would be "Magnitudo apparens", I think, though whether that is an ideal Latin title for this page I leave to astronomers to decide. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 15:11, 23 Novembris 2008 (UTC)
- A Google search for magnitudo aperta with reference to stars turns up a phrase in Pliny, but I haven't seen enough of the context to tell if 'apparent magnitude' is what he means by it. IacobusAmor 14:11, 7 Decembris 2008 (UTC)
