How about this :ubi album calculum dedit Principe Arbenzi Guzmani novum ordinem politiae instruendum. Where he gave the white pebble (of acquital?) to 'Prince-(president)' Arbenz Guzman for instruction on the new political order? I'm reading the English and Spanish wikis for what was meant.
