It seems to me there will only ever be one member of this category. The aim of categories is to group related pages (see Vicipaedia:De categoriis), so, if I'm right, categories that can only contain one member shouldn't normally be created. Does that make sense?
The same might apply to Categoria:Freta Maroci also -- I'm not sure.
