Vide: iunior duorum Connecticutae legatorum in senatu Civitatum Foederatarum 'the younger of Connecticut's two deputies in the U.S. Senate', but the usual phrasing in American English is "the junior Senator from Connecticut" (nothing about "deputies" and their being "in" the Senate). Also, if you say something like iunior (or the original alteruter), you needn't add a word for 'two', because that's built into the comparative form of the adjective (and such redundancy mars prose).
